Im quite regular customer at Jos alukkas(Panjagutta, HYD). Recently we gave an order for name ring (couple rings) and I must say, the experience was exceptional largely due to the outstanding service provided by one of their sales representatives, (Mr. Vinoth) who was regulary updating me regarding the status of the rings which were customized at their Thrissur branch. And I got the rings on time and we liked the workmanship. What stood out to me the most was the floor manager's unwavering dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
